Mission Statement:
“Helping older adults feel confident, safe, and connected in today’s digital world.”
Background:
After more than 15 years working in IT leadership, I saw the same pattern over and over — technology was moving faster than most people could keep up with, and too often, older adults were left feeling confused, anxious, or dependent on others for help.
I started TechCare Northeast to change that. What began as helping a few friends and family members with their phones and computers quickly grew into something bigger — a trusted local service built around patience, personal attention, and real understanding.
My goal has always been simple: to make technology approachable and empowering for everyone. Whether I’m setting up a new computer, teaching safe online habits, or troubleshooting Wi-Fi at someone’s kitchen table, I focus on clear explanations, trust, and long-term confidence — not quick fixes.
Today, TechCare Northeast proudly serves individuals, families, and community groups across the region, helping people stay connected, independent, and safe in the digital world.

I’m David Lee, founder of TechCare Northeast.
After nearly two decades leading IT and cybersecurity teams, I realized my favorite part of the job was the one-on-one moments — helping someone finally understand how their technology works and seeing the confidence that follows.
TechCare Northeast grew from that passion. I wanted to create a service built on patience, trust, and clear communication — the kind of help I’d want for my own family.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me tinkering in my home gym, playing bass in a local band, or running a few miles around town — all while keeping an eye on the latest tech trends and security tools.
